Senator Dorsey Ridley recognized for his service to Kentucky Agriculture

 

During the February 2019 meeting of the Henderson County Board of Directors, Senator Dorsey Ridley was honored for his 14 years of service.  The Board thanked him for being an advocate for issues affecting the agricultural community.  Henderson County Farm Bureau Vice President John Denton presented Mr. Ridley with a gift card.

Lily Roadcap has called her family’s farm home for her entire life  having grown up in this small Shelby County community. As such, the fourth-generation farmer has always known she wanted to do something related to agriculture having grown up on a farm that began as a dairy and is now a predominantly cattle and hay operation.
