How can I change my Delivery Method from Electronic to U.S. Mail?
When you enroll an insurance policy or Account Bill in KFB eDelivery, eligible policy documents will no longer be delivered to you via U.S. Mail. If you wish to return to receiving paper copies via U.S. Mail, you must update your preferences under the Communication Preferences icon in the KFB Member Portal. Simply change the Delivery Method for that policy from "Electronic" to "U.S. Mail", click Apply Changes, and the documents will again be sent to you via U.S. Mail.
