What is KFB eDelivery?

KFB eDelivery is an online service that allows Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company customers to receive electronic delivery of eligible policy documents, notices and communications, including notice of cancellation, renewal, nonrenewal and premium changes. For policies enrolled in eDelivery, electronic notifications will be sent to the Designated Electronic Mail Address and eligible policy documents will be available to view electronically in the KFB Member Portal. These documents will no longer be sent via U.S. Mail.
