Can I cancel a one-time payment that was submitted online?

No, one-time online payments cannot be cancelled.  Please contact Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Customer Service (1-800-206-6887) during normal business hours for any refund requests. Please have your online payment Authorization Number ready when calling.
