Why didn't I receive an email confirming my payment?
If you did receive a "Thank you for your payment!" message with an approval number, then your payment was submitted. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please verify the email address you entered through Communication Preferences. If your email address is correct, the confirmation email may have been blocked by your service provider, moved to a spam or junk folder, or your payment may not have completed properly. You may need to add no-reply@invoicecloud.net to your approved list of email senders.
