Western Kentucky University has become the 10th institution of higher learning in the state to join the Ky Ag Department’s, Farm to Campus Program, which helps universities in their efforts to procure and serve more Ky Proud products in their food serving lines and campus stores. WKU’s Sustainability Coordinator, Christian Ryan, talks about progress on Western’s campus and plans to add many more Ky Proud products.
