“Pasture to Plate” programs are opening this week at UK’s Eden Shale Farm in Owen County and at their Morgan County farm.  Extension beef specialist, Jeff Lehmkuhler says they’re designed to educate cattle producers about “finishing” cattle at home to meet growing consumer demand for beef that is produced locally.
