Feldhaus visits with a Kentucky Center for Ag and Rural Development case worker, Brent Lackey on a profile of how a Warren County farm family successfully utilized their services for a feasibility study. Lackey says they provided a fresh, unbiased pair of eyes to pencil out for an entire year how the family’s entry into a new farm business venture would actually cash flow, and evaluated its chances for success.
