It’s been a strong year in Kentucky 4-H activities according to Keith Rogers, Executive Director of the state’s 4-H foundation. Approximately 250,000 youngsters got involved one 4-H program or another, and he says, that’s about 33% of the 9-19 year olds in Kentucky that are eligible to participate. He also thanked the 17,000 volunteers here who made that possible.
