The Trackside Butcher Shoppe is now up and operating in Henry County and, says one of its owners, it’ll be a significant resource for livestock farmers in a multi-county region. Co-owner, John Edwards, says they’ve received tremendous help from several county ag development committees and KCARD, the Kentucky Center for Ag and Rural Development.
