The Kentucky General Assembly begins the 2018 regular session today at the State Capitol in Frankfort.  Kentucky Farm Bureau Public Affairs Director Jeff Harper talks about the priorities for the 2018 session, the budget negotiations, the importance state pension reform and the results of lower than expected state revenue for the 2017-18 fiscal year.
