The joint annual meetings of the state fruit and vegetable groups have grown from a couple hundred attendees to some 600 expected next week, Jan 7 and 8 at Lexington’s Embassy Suites. UK extension vegetable production specialist, Tim Coolong, discusses the various program highlights and takes a look at production challenges in 2012.
