Some 350 Kentuckians are headed for Phoenix this weekend to the American Farm Bureau’s 98^th annual meeting. Among them will be: Hart County’s Brad and Karen Hines competing in the Outstanding Young Farm Family contest; Kirby Green of Owensboro part of the “discussion meet” debate style competition; and Ryan and Miranda Chaplin of Bourbon County competing in the Excellence in Agriculture event.
