A report on a unique partnership in Owsley County where the local school system’s food service director is working with students growing produce on a school-owned farm. That success, combined with a new farmers’ market facility and community garden plots on that same land, have drawn a visit from USDA. Local school superintendent, Tim Bobrowski, discusses how the project has evolved so far.
