UK with a
USDA grant, to study the potential for new market products through the flash freezing and new frozen product development for Kentucky-grown blueberries. UK Ag Economist, Tim Woods, says consumers are raving about this new locally produced crop, and their research is aimed at lengthening the sales market, long beyond the summer harvest season.
