At the state and county levels, proceeds from this month’s “Ag Tag” donations through county clerks offices will be a major economic boost for Kentucky 4-H. Melissa Miller, Interim Executive Director of the 4-H Foundation, says last year donations from those renewing farm license plates in March resulted in $180,000 toward the youth group’s leadership development activities.
