We’re in the final days of farmer decision making relative to the programs in the 2014 farm bill. Farm Credit Mid-America’s David Lynn takes a look at education efforts in Ky to bring farmers up to speed on how to select the program that’s just right for them. He reminds farmers that they must sign up by the end of this month, and makes a point that effective farm bill programs are also important for the consumer.
