There’s more value to woodlands than just its hardwood timber and that’s the focus of a one-day workshop this week at UK’s Robinson Center for Appalachian Resource Sustainability in Quicksand, KY (March 9). They’ll look at economic potential for ‘other’ crops to be harvested from woodlands.
