Feldhaus introduces, Dr. David Williams, the newly appointed director of RCARS, UK’s Robinson Center for Appalachian Resource Sustainability, in Breathitt County. Williams is looking into a closer connection between the center’s Wood Utilization Center and regional community and technical college offerings.
