United States Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says he is proud to be a voice for rural America as the only Congressional leader not from a coastal state.  McConnell also discussed disaster assistance, agricultural hemp and raising the age for tobacco use during a conversation with host Alan Watts in the Senator's Washington office.
