United States Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue says lawmakers and Governors from Agriculture States tend to favor negotiation over tariff when it comes to trade policy.   Secretary Perdue recently discussed trade and a number of other issues host Alan Watts and fellow members of the National Association of Farm Broadcasters during Washington Watch in late April.
