The “Spicy Fat Cat” was the result of a request of the UK Butcher Shop, to develop a 100% all beef sausage to make its debut at Rupp Arena during basketball season. Gregg Rentfrow with the UK Meats Lab describes the new product, right now available only in Section 34 at Rupp, but that if successful, could possibly become available on a wider basis.
