Hardin County farmer Ray Allen Mackey represented Kentucky farmers during the University of Kentucky Grain and Forage Center of Excellence ribbon cutting, September 19, in Princeton.  Mackey, who is President of the Kentucky Corn Promotion Council, talked about the vision behind the center, the importance of the facility and staff for the future of agriculture.
