The ag development process to utilize tobacco settlement funds to re-structure Kentucky agriculture as the federal tobacco program came to a close is now well over 10 years old. Roger Thomas, Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Ag Policy has overseen the process for the last 8 years and takes a look back at the progress so far.
