After sustaining tremendous damage from the tornado of 2012 in Morgan County, the State Division of Forestry’s seedling nursery in West Liberty is back on line and ready for orders. The division’s state director, Leah MacSwords, talks about the long road back and about the resource their Morgan and Marshall County nurseries provide for all of us.
