Over the past couple of weeks, we met the Ayer family's second and third generation owners of the Hilltop Farm in McLean County.  This week we meet the first generation owner Edward “Bubby” Ayer who talks about the family farm, what he enjoys about it and how the poultry industry impacts McLean County.
