USDA Farm Service Agency Director Richard Fordyce says farmers should be receiving the first round of Market Facilitation Program payments in the mail very soon.  Administrator Fordyce discusses the application process, the money that will be paid out and the possibility of another round of payments should the trade war with China continue.
