Rip Rippetoe, President and CEO of the Ky State Fair Board, has been attending various Farm Bureau, county and regional meetings throughout the summer, trying to meet more farm folks to get a feel for their issues and needs. Since taking his post January 1, he’s now been through the national farm machinery show and the state fair. He talked about that experience and the upcoming third of the “big three” ag related events, the North American International Livestock Exposition.
