On this Independence Day, we honored a Clinton County resident who was posthumously presented the Medal of Honor Tuesday, June 26, by President Donald Trump.  United States Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell relayed the story of farmer Lieutenant Garlin Murl Conner, who served six tours during World War II.
