Kentucky Congressman James Comer, Tennessee Congressman David Kustoff and Missouri Congressman Jason Smith recently hosted a meeting in Paducah to listen to industry leaders affected by infrastructure problems on inland waterways.  Among those joining the discussion was Calloway County farmer Sharon Furches, who talks about the issues discussed during the meeting and possible solutions.

Some Kentucky Soybean farmers were recently in Washington, DC, to discuss a number of issues with the state’s Congressional delegation.  State Soybean Association President Larry Thomas from Hardin County says they discussed trade, the 2018 Farm Bill, infrastructure and bio-fuels.
