Farm group vice president Danny Wilkinson says this unique agri-tourism destination is a diamond in the rough worthy of exploration, and is especially important in making that “farm-city” connection with youngsters.

Feldhaus has an update on Governor Bevin’s new Red Tape Reduction Initiative now underway to evaluate and where possible reduce or cut regulations that are duplicative or out-of-date. Bevin says hundreds of comments have already been received. He says he’d like to reduce the current 4,500 state regulations by about a third if possible.
